Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Whereverhas Tree Service works and how we earn money. This page explains our role. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Whereverhas Tree Service Is

Whereverhas Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not do tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding, tree trimming or any other tree work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Whereverhas Tree Service for the calls, form requests or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may get paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to. The provider sets the price.

Providers Run Their Own Business

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Whereverhas Tree Service. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, prices and terms
• The quality, safety and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it talks and acts with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider's work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on who is part of our network at that time.

The Choice Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check their insurance. Request a written quote. Compare other quotes before you decide.

About Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded. We do this for quality, checking and billing.
