Disclaimer for Whereverhas Tree Service

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use whereverhas.garden. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Who We Are

Whereverhas Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. An independent provider does any work on your property. Whereverhas Tree Service does not.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

If we connect you with a provider, that is not an endorsement. We make no warranty about a provider's quality, timing, price or results. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a set time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and behavior.

For General Information

The content here is general. It is not tree care, legal, insurance or money advice. Every tree and every property is different. What fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own case.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices change with the job, the place, the size of the tree, how easy it is to reach and other things. Ask the provider for a written quote before work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on what your insurer decides. Ask your insurer or agent about your own coverage.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can bring risks. Power lines, falling wood and weak structures are common ones. Do not put yourself in harm's way. Keep away from downed lines and tell your utility company. If life or safety is at risk, call local emergency services first.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Whereverhas Tree Service when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

How Accurate This Is

We work to keep this site correct and up to date. We cannot promise it is complete or without mistakes.
