Every homeowner who contacts Whereverhas Tree Service should get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Whereverhas Tree Service
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. But Whereverhas Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot decide things for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@whereverhas.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, in plain words, and what you would like us to do

What Comes Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may also help.
